Our Last Day In Chicago

HERE IS THE BARGAIN OF THE WEEKEND. While at Macy's, we browsed the sale racks. Lilly found this most perfect, beautiful black knit dress. It had been $49.50. And the ticket was marked down to $14.95. When we checked out, it was only $9.97. Holy Cow. Stretchy lace sleeves...she LOVED THIS DRESS...

So, of course, on Sunday Morning -- this was the outfit she chose...
Note the crystal word, "Guess". The dress has a dropped waist, and a bias cut skirt.
Of course, it's all about the accessories....
THEN -- after a lovely hotel breakfast -- we were off to our last adventure. Up the street to the John Hancock Building.
I deliberately saved this activity for our last day...
When you get up to the observation deck, they have a new "ride".  You stand in the window, holding on to handles, and the window tilts forward 30 degrees.....it must feel like you are going to fall down onto the street...(I'm just guessing)
About to enter one more revolving door. (Lilly called them Circle Doors)...
We did not go on the Tilt!! (it's $7 extra)
After you pay ($20 for me, $12 for Lilly), you go through a hallway with some nicely done historical information, and pictures...it makes the wait more interesting.
But, at 10:00 Sunday morning, there was no wait. We walked right to the elevator...and went UP..AND UP...AND UP...
Sometimes, the pictures are way more powerful than the words...
